Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Where is my refund?

We process refunds as soon as we receive your return. However, your banking institute may take 3-5 business days to receive the money. Therefore, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your banking statement.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@copit.au just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible and always offer you a voucher code in compensation.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@copit.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Once we've started to process your order (typically the same business day), you cannot alter your order. However, if the order has not been dispatched by AusPost - we can alter your order depending on what you require. For example, if you require a size swap - in most cases, we will be able to honour your requests. For any order alteration requests, please email sales@copit.au.

When will my order arrive?

As per our shipping guarantees and policies - if your order is placed before 1:00PM, it will be dispatched the same day! If not placed before the cutoff time, it will be processed and dispatched the next businesss day.

From the time we dispatch, it may take up to 1-3 business days to arrive to your front door! Please see the below for our estimations according to our courier partner, Australia Post.

  • Sydney/NSW: 1-3 business days (AusPost Express)
  • VIC/QLD: 1-3 business days (AusPost Express)
  • Adelaide: 1-3 business days (AusPost Express)
  • WA: 1-3 business days (AusPost Express)
  • New Zealand: 1-3 business days (AusPost Express)

How much is shipping?

Currently, we are only shipping to all addresses in Australia as well as New Zealand.

Please note:

  • All orders placed in Australia are shipped free of charge with AusPost Express.
  • All orders placed in New Zealand will be charged $20 AUD, unless the order value is over $500 AUD.

Can I track my order?

After placing your order on COP IT, you will receive a confirmation email instantly!

From there, once your order is dispatched - you'll receive an email notifying you of the tracking number from AusPost, where you can track your order via the AusPost website or the AusPost app!

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

At COP IT, we understand that your perfect pick may need a small adjustment. That's why we've created a simple process for returns and exchanges for all customers, provided that the criteria below is met:

  • You must open a return by emailing us your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days.
  • The item must be in original condition with all tags and extra accessories and original packaging included.

How?

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via sales@copit.au within 15 days of your item arriving to you.
  2. Package your unworn sneakers in their original box and include a copy of your purchase receipt.
  3. Ship the package back to us using our AusPost return labels, which will be provided by our Customer Support Team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your request within the same business day.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the very rare event that your order is not as expected, as it could differ from what you've actually ordered - please email sales@copit.au immediately with your order number and photos of what you've received and we'll investigate immediately.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the courier when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds instantly upon receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do! These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. For more information, click here!

What's the sourcing service?

At COP IT, we understand that some of your favourite items may not be in stock or be active on the website!

That's why we offer a unique service entailing the sourcing of your desired pair of sneakers or pieces of streetwear. You are able to submit your request on what item you'd like with your size and budget and we'll contact you back on the same day!
