If you order before 1:00pm AEDT, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day! After the cutoff, your order will be dispatched the next business day. All orders arrive at your door within 1-3 business days.
We have a team of meticulous authenticity checkers, specialising in this field to ensure you're getting a 100% authentic product - every single time.
Currently, we ship all around Australia with our courier partner, AusPost at no expense and ensure every order is expressed to arrive at your door as soon as possible. We also ship to New Zealand at an extra cost but we promise it'll be worth it!
After placing your order, you'll be automatically emailed an order confirmation. You'll then receive a tracking number which you can click on within the email to view your tracking!
At COP IT, we understand that your perfect pick may need a small adjustment. That's why we've created a simple process for returns and exchanges for all customers, provided that the criteria below is met:
- You must open a return by emailing us your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days.
- The item must be in original condition with all tags and extra accessories and original packaging included.
How?
- Contact our Customer Support Team via sales@copit.au within 15 days of your item arriving to you.
- Package your unworn sneakers in their original box and include a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Ship the package back to us using our AusPost return labels, which will be provided by our Customer Support Team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your request within the same business day.
