At COP IT, we understand that your perfect pick may need a small adjustment. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward process for returns and exchanges, provided the criteria below are met:

Return Conditions
- Return Period: 15 days from the delivery date
- Restocking Fee: None
- Refund Time: Within 7 working days
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Free
Delivery Day Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day, to ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. If an item is in transit beyond the specified 15-day return policy period, we will consider this and allow returns accordingly. The return policy period starts from the day the item is delivered to your specified address.
International Returns
For all international orders, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your order is correct with the product and sizing! In the low chance a product is fiund to be inauthentic or faulty or flawed, we will allow returns given the instructions below are followed.
Initiate a Return
Contact Us
- Contact our customer support team at sales@copit.au with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Return packages are issued only from Australia & New Zealand.
Packaging and Shipping
- Ensure the item is in original condition with all tags, extra accessories, and original packaging included.
- Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization.
- Return the item using AusPost with the provided return label from steps 1 and 2.
Required Documents
- Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item.
- Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method. The method of refund will be the same as your original payment.
