Order & Shipping

We ship to any address in Australia and New Zealand. The shipping costs are as follows:

  • Australia: Free express shipping.
  • New Zealand: $30 NZD per order.

Orders are processed the same day if placed before 1 PM AEDT. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Delivery times are:

  • Sydney/NSW: 1-3 business days.
  • VIC/QLD: 1-3 business days.
  • Adelaide: 1-3 business days.
  • WA: 1-3 business days.
  • New Zealand: 1-3 business days

A tracking number will be provided via email after dispatch. You can track your order using AusPost Express services on their website or tracking portal.

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@copit.au just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Return & Refund

For modifications or cancellations, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at sales@copit.au. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. Items must be in original condition with all tags, extra accessories, and original packaging included.

Contact our customer support team at sales@copit.au with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer support team immediately at sales@copit.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Product warranties and insurance details, if available, are provided on the product page or can be obtained by contacting customer service.
